How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who contacts Lineflood Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Lineflood Windows & Siding
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, first raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers that repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Know the limits, though. Lineflood Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims or decide anything for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@lineflood.living. Please include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. What happened, and what outcome you would like
After You Send It
First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
You can reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
